What's Adaptive Microlearning?

Adaptive Mobile Microlearning combines the science of Adaptive Learning with the delivery mechanism of Mobile technology, to deliver training for Knowledge Retention.  This  is truly individualized learning.  Adaptive Mobile Microlearning algorithms give each Learner what s/he needs, on a continuous basis.  Here's how it works: 
  • The business decides which content each Learner needs and at what level of Mastery
  • Through Adaptive AI algorithms, Learners get repeated, spaced exposure to their content, over time
  • As Mastery improves in a topic area, the Learner sees that content less frequently   
  • If Mastery has not yet been evidenced (or a refresher is desirable,) the Learner sees increasingly more content on the topic, more often
  • Our partner vendors' platforms apply "forgetting pressure" to decrement a Learner's mastery over time.   AI Technology provides the Learner with personalized activities to prevent mastery loss as well as to regain "lost" mastery.   This continual prompting, refreshing and re-situating of informational "nuggets" ensures long-term retention

A report by Training Industry found that adult learners’ preferences varied by training topic and purpose — not by age.
